Seasonal Dock Rentals April 1st through October 31st docks are rented on a first come, first serve basis with current dock holders having first option on the dock they currently occupy for the next season if renewed by March 1st. There is no limit on number of seasons a dock holder is able to rent a dock at East Harbor. You can be put on our waiting list at any time. At the time of an opening, you will be contacted. Dock Rentals include: Electric and water hook ups, use of restrooms and showers, convenient parking and access card . A $20 deposit is required for access card which is refundable when the card is returned. 2010 Seasonal Dock Prices
A $250.00 non refundable deposit is required at the time of reserving a seasonal dock.
Reservations Ramp Rates Daily Fee $7.00 in and out Seasonal Ramp Pass $75.00 includes unlimited in and out Winter Storage Full Service outside winter storage available including haul out, bottom wash, winterization, shrink wrap, blocking and spring launch. (Secure storage area).
