Arrival Day Procedures:
After checking in at the Camp Store, you may:

  1. For sites G1-G3, choose a section or sections (they are numbered) for your group based on the number of sites you reserved. Each numbered section is large enough for 6 -10 units.

  2. The first person to arrive sets up in the section or sections in which the entire group will camp. Group Camp sites 1-3 operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. People may arrive early to ensure you get sections next to one another. It is recommended that at least one unit is set up on each of your reserved sections. Display your group name on vehicles/units to help members find each other and assist Rangers in finding someone in case of emergency.

  3. Campers wishing to arrive earlier or stay after reservation dates can only do this at the regular camping fee of $20.00 per night. This is based on availability of the site in question. .

  4. Each camping group must have a stamped registration card on the post at your section. Each camping unit will display an orange "date out" sticker.

  5. All vehicles in the group camping area must display a car pass on the rear view mirror. Extra vehicles must be parked in the overflow parking lot next to the Camp Store.

  6. Youth Groups such as Boy Scouts or Girl scouts must have a list of names and emergency phone numbers ready in advance. A copy of this information must be given to the staff at the camp store upon checking in.

Things to keep in mind:

  1. Each paying unit is permitted a dining fly.

  2. One toilet building is located in the group area. We do not have any shower house facilities located in the group area. Please use one of our three shower houses located in the general campground.
